The Ashdon Neighbourhood Plan is finished.

 

At a Council meeting on 6 December 2022 the Ashdon Neighbourhood Plan was formally made (adopted) by Uttlesford District Council as part of the Statutory Development plan.

The Neighbourhood Plan and the Ashdon Design code can be found here.


These documents will now be used by Uttlesford District Council to help it decide planning applications in the Parish of Ashdon (the neighbourhood area).

The Ashdon Neighbourhood Plan (NP) has been reviewed by an independent Examiner and by UDC. UDC issued a 'Decision Statement to Proceed to Referendum', and the residents’ referendum was held on 20th October 2022.
